About Me and ABQ

Albuquerque is a great place.  Great weather with all four seasons but mostly mild. Wonderful neighborhoods with any style you could want. And so much to do. National shows come to Popejoy Hall on the University of New Mexico campus, International Balloon Fiesta, top ranked golf courses, wonderful local and national restaraunts.

Sandia Mountain has some of the best trails in the Southwest. Hike up to 10,000 feet, enjoy the view and then take the tram down!  Have a great burger while you're up there. Or just take the tram up and enjoy the sunset while eating at High Finance. Down by the river there's 14 miles of bike/walking trails  through the Bosque. Nature at it's best.  Or shop in Vibrant and trendy Nob Hill and grab a bite to eat at many of the fabulous local eateries. There's also ABQ Uptown outdoor mall with the big national shops like Pottery Barn, Trader Joes, etc.

I am a graduate of the UNM Anderson School of Management here in Albuquerque. I first opened and operated a small chain of five camera stores here and in Santa Fe. In 1997 I sold my stores and opened Unica Real Estate. And it's been fun and rewarding ever since.
